This automatic machine is designed to produce paper bags with a V-shaped bottom and can create bags with windows.
It is well-suited for packaging bakery products, fast food, grocery items, and other food products.
The MPFB 400 allows the production of paper bags with a density ranging from 40 to 80 g/m2:
• Width: 80 - 250 mm;
• Depth: 0 - 100 mm;
• Height: 130 - 610 mm;
• Window Width: 50 - 200 mm;
• Productivity: 80 - 300 bags per minute.
The MPFB 600 is an automatic paper bag making machine with v-shaped bottom.
This machine is fits good for packaging bakery products, fast food, groceries and other food products.
The MPFB 600 allows to produce paper bags with a density of 40 to 80 g/m2:
• Width 100 - 320 mm;
• Depth 20 - 100 mm;
• Height 300 - 680 mm;
• Productivity: 40 - 80 pcs per minute
The MPB 200 is a machine for making paper bags with a square bottom without handles. This machine has the functions of automatic paper feeding, forming and gluing. It is an ideal equipment for making paper bags for food, incl. bulk products such as sugar, flour, cereals and etc.
The MPB 200 allows to produce paper bags with a density of 50 to 120 g/m2:
• Width 80 - 200 mm;
• Depth 50 - 110 mm;
• Height 170 - 370 mm.
• Productivity: 80 - 200 pcs per minute.
The MPB 330 is a machine for making paper bags with a square bottom without handles. Paper bags can be produced with die-cut handles. This machine has the functions of automatic paper feeding, forming and gluing. It is an ideal equipment for making paper bags for food, incl. bulk products such as sugar, flour, cereals and etc.
The MPB 330 allows to produce paper bags with a density of 50 to 150 g/m2:
• Width 100 - 320 mm;
• Depth 60 - 150 mm;
• Height 220 - 505 mm.
• Productivity: 70 - 120 pcs per minute.
The MPBH 450 is a fully automated line for the production of square bottom paper bags. Paper bags can be produced with twisted, flat or without handles.
The machine automatically feeds paper from a roll. Paper bags forming automatically. The handles feed and glued into the bag without any manual process.
The MPBH 450 allows to produce paper bags with a density of 70 to 150 g/m2:
• Width 220 - 450 mm (160 - 450 mm, without handles);
• Depth 80 - 170 mm;
• Height 270 - 500 mm (270 - 600 mm, without handles).
• Productivity: 70 - 110 pcs per minute.
PSM 1300 is designed to cut paper rolls of various widths at high speed in the longitudinal direction into narrower rolls. The machine is easy to use and equipped with automatic paper straightening and paper tension control.
• The maximum width of the original paper roll is 1300 mm.
• The minimum cutting width is 37 mm.
• Cutting speed - 200 meters per minute
This machine is designed for printing on paper rolls and different from many flexo machines in its configuration.
This machine allows to print at speeds up to 120 meters per minute with a maximum print width of 1250 mm.
This equipment is represented by PRMM paper twine machine and PSRM twine rewinding machine.
